Adapt utilizes assertive outreach to engage those individuals in the community who may be reluctant to actively engage in services. Adapt has programs that provide outreach to individuals in the community, referrals, disengaged clients and those discharging from inpatient hospitalizations and crisis units. The goal of outreach is to actively engage clients and to connect them with services that will address their behavioral health needs.
